Russell has 15 years financial services sector experience including seven years of industry experience delivering assurance and advisory services at Deloitte.
Whilst at Deloitte, Russell was a financial transformation SME and spent 18 months seconded into two FTSE 100 clients implementing financial and regulatory best practice whilst assessing reporting capabilities.
At Miryco he has continued to grow a substantial network across the asset management and insurance markets and is respected as a leading advice and service provider to the market. He now focuses on the asset management market with a particular focus on front office and distribution disciplines.

Rebecca leads the Compliance desk at Miryco, working across Asset Management, Insurance and Banking. Delivering on areas including, but not limited to, KYC, Financial Crime, Conduct, Compliance Monitoring and Compliance Advisory, Rebecca specialises in genuine and transparent relationship building. She prioritises building authentic, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from King’s College London and a Master’s degree in Human Rights Law from Queens University Belfast.

Kira is a MSc holder in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics. She co-leads the compliance team, predominantly working alongside Rebecca, headhunting compliance professionals across the financial services sector.
