Whilst at Deloitte, Russell was a financial transformation SME and spent 18 months seconded into two FTSE 100 clients implementing audit & financial best practice whilst assessing reporting capabilities. From 2010 – 2014 Russell directed the Insurance Division of a leading recruitment consultancy.

With prior experience as a financial and non-financial risk management recruitment specialist, she currently plays an active role in supporting the Institute of Operational Risk and the Professional Risk Managers International Association.
